Healing.

Healing is a life long process if we are able to do the shadow work entailed
to heal childhood programming and societal conditioning.
We must sit with the uncomfortable feelings, to release and purge them.
For they no longer serve us or take hold
of us. By deprograming these obsolete 3D templates we realize that we can step into our own power by connecting with our hearts to feel again. We can then understand the truth within, and realize who we truly are, and how very strong and courageous we are.
This process is a catalyst for change and a breakdown
of our old self. What lies at the end of this process is your highest self.
Once the debris is broken down, your timeless spirit will emerge like a bright gem to be a guiding light onto you, that will speak to you and guide you to remember who you are and what you are capable of becoming.
