When we don’t have any intent in our life, life itself becomes like an automatic existence, where we become a part of the reality of others. In order to THRIVE, we need to set an image in our mind of the reality we want and pair it with an energetical state or frequency which is set by our emotions. By doing these two simple steps, we change our frequency and the energy that irradiates from within is expanding towards the universe, who responds be emitting the same frequency back to us and we can create a new reality.

So don’t live on autopilot, chose what you want and who you want to become. Don’t be consumed be other’s negative energy and instead set your own frequency and you will see how miracles will flow to you.
